Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end performance management for complex and escalated Care Pro cases
  • Review and investigate performance events impacting client care experience
  • Apply independent judgment to determine corrective actions including coaching, warnings, and separation
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of 90+ tickets and 45+ outbound calls per week
  • Proactively monitor performance history to identify repeat behaviors and emerging trends
  • Partner with Care Pro Relationship Managers to reinforce feedback and escalation standards
  • Identify potential employment risks and escalate protected scenarios to HR and Trust & Safety

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in performance management, employee relations, or HR operations
  • Experience managing a high-volume distributed workforce
  • Strong investigative and documentation skills
  • Ability to deliver difficult feedback clearly and compassionately
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data and identifying trends
