Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume HR inquiries and ticket processing (~100 tickets weekly)
  • Resolve Care Pro complaints and HR-related escalations from intake to resolution
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Compliance to troubleshoot wage, benefits, and timekeeping issues
  • Review and approve HRIS changes in Dayforce, including wage adjustments and direct deposit
  • Manage employee status changes, including resignations, terminations, and leave of absence intake
  • Oversee infection control clearance and initial intake for non-work-related injuries or ADA requests
  • Maintain accurate employee profiles in HRIS and process employment verifications

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree, HR certificate, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT)
  • Willingness to work at least one weekend day consistently
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and protocols

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-growth company environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems like Dayforce
