Career Pathways Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide veterinarians and technicians through the Relief-to-Hire process from interest to offer
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates to ensure a personalized experience
• Collect and organize candidate materials like resumes and references for hospitals
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Enterprise teams to match hospitals with professionals
• Track hiring needs and placement opportunities to inform pipeline development
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and suggest process improvements
• Maintain up-to-date candidate and placement records in HubSpot
• Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate billing for completed placements

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in account coordination, inside sales, recruiting, or client-facing operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of active candidates or accounts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Ability to identify process gaps and take initiative
• Organized and self-directed in a fast-moving environment
