- Guide the creation of realistic and structured career transition plans
- Review and adapt professional profiles to align with new career goals
- Help students identify strengths, experience, and potential career opportunities
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in your own career or supporting others through career changes
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and provide structured guidance in a 1-to-1 setting
- Experience or training in HR, Career Coaching, Psychology, Career Guidance, Recruitment, or People Management is valued
