Job description

Responsibilities

  • Influence and empower graduates to find employment in the allied healthcare field
  • Provide guidance on interview techniques, resume best practices, and workplace expectations
  • Match graduates to employer positions and maintain ongoing company relationships
  • Contact hiring managers to create new job opportunities and placements
  • Source employment opportunities through lead management tools, cold calling, and social media
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all graduate and employer activity
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency regulations

Requirements

  • Associate degree
  • Ability to work in a high-powered, results-driven call center environment
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Skype, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure environments
  • Fluent in verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or third-party logistics
  • Experience in employment staffing, career services, or out-placement services
  • Experience with cold calling in a production-driven environment
  • Experience with Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM systems
