Career Success Coach

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings with a cohort of approximately 60 learners
• Attend weekly CSC pod meetings to discuss learner support and updates
• Track learner interactions, meeting attendance, and job search progress
• Manage communication via Slack and email with a 48-hour response time
• Review and provide feedback on professional development deliverables
• Research and share 3 to 5 job opportunities per week with learners
• Participate in key program sessions including launch and career transition phases

Requirements

• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, or counseling
• Experience delivering career coaching in a remote format
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
• Ability to work 10-15 hours per week
