Caregiver Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized orientations to educate caregivers on available benefits and enrollment processes
• Process sick time and accrual status using Empeon and Medflyt
• Complete employment verifications using Salesforce, Empeon, and Knowledge Base
• Provide detailed call summaries and action items via Talk Desk
• Assist with reimbursements, fund allocation, commuter benefits, and HRA deposits via FlexFacts portal
• Manage assigned email cases in Salesforce within 24–48 hours
• Resolve inbound calls on shared lines with a focus on first-contact resolution
• Navigate multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment while maintaining empathy and compassion

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environments
• Strong customer focus and adaptability
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to navigate multiple technical systems
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in an evergreen environment
