Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a carrier book of business to align with shipper freight needs
  • Reach and exceed required load coverage, volume, service metrics, and revenue goals
  • Establish multi-dimensional relationships with carrier partners to support the growth of the CT Exchange network
  • Develop proactive communication processes for cross-functional collaboration
  • Coach and develop junior members of the Carrier Sales Team
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement ideas for process and performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Capacity Management
  • Full-Truckload experience (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, think quickly, and make sound business decisions
  • Self-motivated with a passion to achieve results
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while delivering individual results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
