About the Company

Finch is building the infrastructure to make justice radically more accessible. We automate the administrative work of consumer law, specifically personal injury, to put clients first. Backed by Sequoia and Redpoint, we combine expert operators with purpose-built AI to handle every step of pre-litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers
  • Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
  • Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting
  • Identify and fix operational bottlenecks

Requirements

  • 2+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling
  • Experience handling personal injury cases in Illinois or Ohio
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication skills with clients and attorneys
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
