Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims with relevant carriers and manage ongoing communication with adjusters
• Draft and submit FOIA and public records requests to police departments and state agencies
• Track and secure police reports, supplemental narratives, dash/body cam footage, and 911 recordings
• Request and track medical records, witness statements, and scene photographs
• Conduct liability analysis and assess fault allocation and comparative negligence exposure
• Prepare comprehensive case packages for lead paralegals to draft settlement demands
• Identify automation opportunities and process improvements to reduce cycle time

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal injury pre-litigation
• Experience drafting and managing FOIA/public records requests across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience opening insurance claims and managing relationships with providers
• Experience conducting liability analysis and organizing evidentiary packages
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
