Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the catalogue product strategy and roadmap for assigned verticals (discovery and selection).
  • Define OKRs, prioritise features and align stakeholders across product, engineering, design, data, content and commercial teams.
  • Improve product data quality: taxonomy, enrichment, imagery, size guides and stock information to boost conversion.
  • Lead discovery experiences: search UX, ranking, PLPs, category pages and shop-in-shop landing pages.
  • Lead selection experiences: PDP, personalization features, size guides and content that support confident purchases.
  • Use analytics, user research and competitive insights to identify opportunities; run A/B tests and experiments.
  • Act as subject-matter expert on catalogue and product data; advise on best practices and emerging trends.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years product management experience focused on catalogue or e-commerce
  • Experience working with luxury or fashion retail is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with product data operations and CMS/merchant workflows
  • Strong communication skills with experience translating technical detail for business teams
  • Customer-first, data-driven and experiment-minded approach
