Category Manager - Toys (MENA)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Category Manager and Category Director to shape the future of Disney's Hardlines Toys category in the MENA region
• Implement effective strategies using market trends and consumer insights
• Manage annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts for Hardlines Toys
• Develop and nurture strategic alliances with new and existing partners
• Lead contract negotiations for designated Hardlines Toys accounts
• Guide product development in collaboration with creative and global teams
• Support marketing campaigns to drive brand engagement
• Champion International Labour Standards (ILS) processes
• Generate innovative business solutions and research projects
• Foster collaboration with Disney's market teams and international consumer products teams

Requirements

• Degree level education in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience within the consumer products business
• Proven experience in relationship building and cross-departmental collaboration
• Experience developing team performance
• Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Keynote
• Business fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong commercial and strategic problem-solving skills
• Understanding of local markets across MENA
