Centralized Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and backup remediation
• Oversee internal and client user onboarding and offboarding processes
• Design, implement, and maintain datacenter and cloud infrastructure (Windows and Azure)
• Develop and maintain backup infrastructure architecture using Veeam
• Maintain and troubleshoot RMM (ConnectWise Automate), MDM (Addigy, Intune), and PSA (ConnectWise Manage) platforms
• Develop RMM scripts and automation workflows using PowerShell
• Architect and maintain Windows and third-party patching processes
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an MSP environment
• Expertise in Windows Server, Azure, and cloud technologies
• Proficiency with ConnectWise Automate and ConnectWise Manage
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
• Experience with Veeam backup solutions
• Experience with MDM platforms (Addigy, Intune)
• Knowledge of networking (Cisco, HPE, Dell, SonicWall, FortiGate)
• Experience with database platforms (MSSQL, MySQL)
• Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
• Home office setup with specific hardware requirements (8GB RAM, high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Microsoft certifications
• Networking certifications
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications
• 3cx Basic Certified Engineer
