Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision to accelerate growth and establish market leadership
• Lead and inspire a talented, fully remote global team while promoting a high-performance culture
• Oversee all operational, financial, and business activities to ensure scalable and efficient processes
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing programs and establishing new strategic initiatives
• Maintain close relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders to support growth objectives
• Represent the company at industry events and in the media to enhance brand presence

Requirements

• Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in high-growth SaaS, tech, or AI-focused companies
• Demonstrated experience leading high-growth startups or scale-ups, specifically with remote teams
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, marketing agencies, and SaaS business models
• Financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L responsibilities
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills
