Responsibilities

Governance & Performance Management:

• Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams for P&L and KPI oversight.
• Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business leaders.

Analytics, Insights and Reporting:

• Work with Data Analytics teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights.
• Develop action plans to drive growth in core and new business areas.
• Create regular reports for senior management.

Industry & Competition:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research.
• Develop and drive competitive strategies.

Org & Process Optimization:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve organizational design.
• Optimize internal processes to support growth.

Special Projects:

• Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships—communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key.
• Project and change management experience.
• Experience in and understanding of financial and blockchain trading businesses a plus.
• MBA, BA, or BS from top universities.
