Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - Live Instructor

Responsibilities

• Facilitate large-group review sessions for 20-75 students focused on memorization and study strategies
• Lead engaging, motivational sessions to build student confidence
• Prepare independently for live sessions and develop session agendas
• Develop gamified learning approaches using tools like Kahoot
• Perform live skill demonstrations for key pharmacy lab skills
• Support NHA ExCPT and PTCB exam preparation through review sessions
• Moderate the online course community and respond to student questions regarding course material
• Apply subject matter expertise in pharmacy workflows, law, pharmacology, and dosage calculations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a PharmD or a CPhT
• Active PharmD or CPhT license and/or certification
• Experience teaching CPhTs in an online environment
• Proficiency with online teaching tools such as Canvas, Zoom, and Kahoot
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for large audiences
• Must live and work in the US
