Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the existing partner ecosystem to identify high-leverage opportunities
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable net-new partners including VARs, MSPs, and education-focused distributors
  • Execute disciplined business planning and conduct regular QBRs with priority partners
  • Carry a full quota across both new and expansion channel revenue
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting within Salesforce
  • Collaborate closely with direct sales and customer success teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS channel or partner sales with proven quota attainment
  • Experience managing tiered partner ecosystems (VARs, MSPs, distributors)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management
  • Ability to thrive in a growth-stage environment with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT training, education, or workforce development
