About the Company

Replicant builds an AI-powered platform that helps contact centers resolve requests, identify issues, and improve agent performance using conversation intelligence and AI agents. We are leading the shift from legacy systems to AI-first service, powered by large language models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

  • Own and deepen relationships with core distributors (Avant, Telarus, Intelisys) and key institutional practices
  • Build advisor mindshare through enablement, co-selling, and presence at events
  • Partner with advisors on active opportunities to provide business and technical context
  • Drive sourced pipeline from initial conversation through closed business
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase advisor engagement and referrals
  • Help shape the channel program, playbooks, and processes as the company scales

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in channel sales
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, partner sales, or business development
  • Hands-on experience working with distributors, advisors, agents, or channel partners
  • Proven track record of sourcing pipeline and driving revenue through partner ecosystems
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel for distributor events, advisor meetings, and industry conferences

  • Existing relationships within the distributor and advisor ecosystem
