Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own dealer engagement strategy, segmentation, and growth indicators
  • Design dealer programs including rewards, co-marketing, and onboarding
  • Lead strategy for dealer event portfolio and relationship-building activities
  • Manage dealer toolkits, grower-facing campaigns, and co-branded materials
  • Own measurement and reporting for dealer engagement, ROI, and influenced revenue
  • Build alignment across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams

Requirements

  • Experience in agriculture or a closely related industry
  • Experience building channel engagement programs (partner tiers, rewards, or enablement)
  • Experience managing marketing or program budgets
  • Experience working directly with field sales teams
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
  • Strong project management and adaptability in a startup environment
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for dealer events and meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years in channel marketing, partner marketing, or field marketing
  • Experience managing external vendors or agencies
  • Analytical fluency with Excel, Salesforce, and marketing performance reporting
  • Experience producing large-scale customer or partner events
