Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region
  • Recruit and onboard strategic sales partners including system integrators, consulting firms, technology providers, and telcos
  • Develop and implement channel strategy, partner enablement programs, and ongoing support to drive partner success
  • Manage direct sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners as a trusted advisor
  • Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product and strategic decisions
  • Monitor and report on sales and partnership metrics with accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales with experience navigating complex sales cycles
  • Background in fintech or enterprise software sales
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and grow strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of financial services, banking operations, and financial products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
