Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region
- Recruit and onboard strategic sales partners including system integrators, consulting firms, technology providers, and telcos
- Develop and implement channel strategy, partner enablement programs, and ongoing support to drive partner success
- Manage direct sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners as a trusted advisor
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product and strategic decisions
- Monitor and report on sales and partnership metrics with accurate forecasting
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales with experience navigating complex sales cycles
- Background in fintech or enterprise software sales
- Demonstrated ability to establish and grow strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of financial services, banking operations, and financial products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
