Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive insurance channel strategy across carriers, MGAs, and insurance technology partners
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with carrier stakeholders in underwriting, loss control, and innovation
  • Drive revenue through channel-attributed opportunities, carrier-sponsored programs, and preferred vendor relationships
  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement to create insurance-specific messaging and collateral
  • Design, manage, and optimize insurance-specific partner programs and pilot programs
  • Monitor insurance industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive offerings

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic partnerships
  • Experience in commercial auto insurance, telematics, IoT, or fleet technology
  • Proven success driving revenue through insurance carriers or integration channels
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Gainsight, Smartsheet, and Seismic
  • Ability to travel 50%+
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with underwriting, loss control, or risk management teams
  • Familiarity with insurance incentives and telematics-based programs
  • Knowledge of video telematics or fleet safety technologies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certifications in project management, risk management, or telematics
