Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize dispute and chargeback operations across multiple payment platforms
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team
  • Analyze trends, monitor escalations, and identify root causes to implement corrective action plans
  • Build and optimize SOPs, workflows, and operational processes
  • Reduce financial loss and maintain healthy payment operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dispute management, chargebacks, payment operations, or related risk functions
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with financial data and metrics
  • Deep understanding of dispute and chargeback rules, timelines, and evidentiary standards
  • Proven ability to lead and manage an operations team
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing high-volume dispute environments
