Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound charter inquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
  • Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate travelers
  • Recommend tailored aircraft and flight solutions based on passenger requirements and logistics
  • Provide a luxury white-glove client experience from inquiry through post-flight support
  • Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline visibility in CRM systems
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedules to support 24/7 responsiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, luxury services, or high-ticket client-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work EST hours with rotating on-call availability
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in private aviation, charter sales, or luxury hospitality
  • Familiarity with Avinode or charter quoting systems
  • Understanding of Part 135 operations and private aviation logistics
  • Existing network within luxury travel or aviation industries
