Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound charter inquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
- Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate travelers
- Recommend tailored aircraft and flight solutions based on passenger requirements and logistics
- Provide a luxury white-glove client experience from inquiry through post-flight support
- Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure flawless execution
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline visibility in CRM systems
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules to support 24/7 responsiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, luxury services, or high-ticket client-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work EST hours with rotating on-call availability
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in private aviation, charter sales, or luxury hospitality
- Familiarity with Avinode or charter quoting systems
- Understanding of Part 135 operations and private aviation logistics
- Existing network within luxury travel or aviation industries
