Chemistry Tutor

Responsibilities

• Use proprietary software applications to provide input and labels on defined projects
• Support and ensure the delivery of high-quality curated data
• Collaborate with technical staff to support the training of new AI tasks and enhance annotation tools
• Solve complex problems in chemical sciences to guide AI models and improve scientific discovery
• Select and solve problems in specialized subdomains such as organic, physical, or medicinal chemistry
• Interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on evolving instructions

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a chemistry-related field
• Expertise in chemistry subdomains (e.g., Organic, Physical, Analytical, Inorganic, Computational, or Medicinal Chemistry)
• Proficiency in professional English reading and writing
• Strong ability to navigate information resources and databases
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to exercise autonomous judgment with limited data

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced expertise demonstrated by multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Previous AI Tutoring experience
• Teaching experience as a professor, teacher, or tutor
• Experience in technical writing or professional journalism
