About the Company

Centivo is an innovative health plan for self-funded employers on a mission to bring affordable, high-quality healthcare to the millions who struggle to pay their healthcare bills. Anchored around a primary care based ACO model, Centivo saves employers 15 to 30 percent compared to traditional insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and own Centivo’s enterprise-wide commercial strategy, integrating new sales, retention, and expansion
  • Set strategic direction for market segmentation, channel strategy, and go-to-market motion
  • Lead and develop the sales organization spanning strategic/national accounts and the core/middle market segment
  • Own the client success function end-to-end, setting strategic vision and KPIs for retention and expansion
  • Steer the revenue operations function to ensure commercial infrastructure supports scalable growth
  • Lead the client implementation function to ensure new clients are onboarded on time and on budget
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing commercial organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of commercial leadership experience in health benefits, health plans, or health technology
  • 7+ years in a senior executive role with ownership of multiple commercial functions
  • Demonstrated success scaling a commercial organization through a high-growth phase
  • Deep expertise in the self-funded employer market and broker/consultant distribution dynamics
  • Proven track record of building and developing exceptional teams
  • Strong fluency in revenue analytics, pipeline management, and CRM disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a venture-backed or growth-stage health plan or health tech company
  • Familiarity with ACO-based or primary care-centric care delivery models
  • Track record of building or transforming a revenue operations function
