Responsibilities

• Evolve the finance and data function into a best-in-class engine for organizational decision-making
• Lead a team of three leaders to democratize financial intelligence via self-serve dashboards and real-time reporting
• Drive EBITDA margin improvement and LTV:CAC efficiency to fuel revenue growth
• Operationalize a goal accountability framework tying business initiatives to financial outcomes
• Build systems and processes to meet all external reporting and compliance requirements
• Integrate AI into the team's operating model to scale impact

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in high-growth, profitable businesses
• Experience with physical inventory (CPG, retail, e-commerce, or similar)
• Experience leading finance, accounting, data, and BizOps functions
• Experience in high-growth companies adapting to public company practices
• AI-native mindset with ability to build AI fluency within a team
