About the Company

Rewst is a venture-backed SaaS company at a pivotal stage of growth. Our platform provides Robotic Process Automation designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to streamline and automate processes, increasing productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the company's financial strategy and budget
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance to the CEO and Board
• Oversee all financial operations including FP&A, accounting, and cash management
• Implement and maintain systems and processes for scalability
• Ensure financial discipline, cost controls, and efficiency across departments
• Partner with the CEO and investors on capital raises
• Build relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners
• Lead due diligence processes
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NDR, CAC, payback period)
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and M&A transactions
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP, revenue recognition)
• Familiarity with ERP and financial systems
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA strongly preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
