Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive rapid user acquisition in the UAE travel market through performance marketing
  • Plan, set up and manage paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) to meet CAC and ROI targets
  • Develop and execute influencer and SEO strategies to grow organic and social traffic
  • Establish marketing analytics: tracking, dashboards, attribution and reporting
  • Build and lead a small marketing team (up to 10) and manage external agencies/partners
  • Align marketing with product and business goals; collaborate closely with founders and product teams
  • Prepare and lead go-to-market and localization efforts for international expansion
