Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute institutional sales and partnership strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Build, lead, and scale a team of institutional Business Development Managers across different regions
  • Identify and close deals with high-potential institutional clients, including hedge funds and family offices
  • Develop tailored trading solutions for liquidity providers, white labels, and money managers
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers across target institutions
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, risk, and product departments to ensure client success
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and global conferences

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B/Institutional sales within the FX, CFDs, or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading institutional sales teams and closing high-value deals
  • Deep understanding of trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or cTrader
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity models and institutional FX services
  • Established global network within hedge funds, family offices, prop trading firms, and brokerages
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
