Chief of Staff, Emergency Cash

Responsibilities

• Own EC goal performance monitoring systems, dashboards, and review processes
• Drive strategic planning and goal-setting processes to align team objectives
• Improve operating rhythms, meeting structures, and decision-making processes
• Develop and advance an EC ‘Brand as Access strategy’ to build recipient trust
• Create and maintain core EC collateral including pitch decks, webpages, and strategic narratives
• Support management of strategic Mobile Network Operator (MNO) partnerships
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives and serve as a thought partner to leadership
• Collaborate with fundraising teams on market analysis and product framing

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or business operations
• Demonstrated experience building systems and operating mechanisms to improve team performance
• Experience leading strategic planning, goal-setting, or performance management processes
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for executive-level materials
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience developing messaging, positioning, or go-to-market approaches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in market analysis, audience segmentation, or strategic research
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows to improve productivity
• Experience in humanitarian response, international development, or social impact sectors
• Experience supporting senior leadership or chief-of-staff functions
• Proficiency with data visualization and performance management tools
