Responsibilities

• Operate as the Founder's technical right hand, managing context, priorities, and follow-through
• Turn ambiguity and competing priorities into clear decisions and structured momentum
• Map second- and third-order consequences of decisions to ensure long-term alignment
• Lead cross-functional problem solving across engineering and other departments
• Design and run the leadership operating system, including OKRs and decision-making cadences
• Manage communication and alignment across C-Level executives and Directors

Requirements

• Background in engineering or engineering management
• Experience running complex, cross-functional programs at a senior level
• Proven ability to manage without authority and drive decisions in fast-moving organizations
• Exceptional, adaptive communication skills for diverse stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity, high-conviction environments
• High-calibre academic degree or exceptional professional track record
