Chief of Staff – Founder’s Office (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact initiatives across product, operations, and expansion
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans
• Partner with leadership to identify, recruit, and onboard top talent
• Lead operational problem solving and streamline execution
• Research, plan, and set up new market launches
• Build scalable systems and workflows to enhance speed, clarity, and accountability
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for momentum and alignment
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO; prepare briefs, manage priorities, and drive key decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• Experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, or real estate
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills
• Proven ability to turn ambiguity into structure and action
• High adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Relentless ownership and resilience under pressure

• MBA or other advanced degree
