Chief of Staff

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO's extension, driving cross-functional execution and strategic analysis
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support materials for the CEO
• Own delivery oversight across product, engineering, and operations workstreams
• Translate CEO priorities into actionable workstreams across finance, marketing, legal, and compliance
• Maintain executive KPI dashboards and produce performance reviews and market analyses
• Drive cross-departmental coordination for core operations and platform launch
• Lead workstream coordination on investor materials and fundraising logistics

Requirements

• 5+ years in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent) or investment banking
• MBA preferred from a top-tier program
• Fluency in both Russian and English is required
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional programs
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-velocity environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to fintech, crypto, or regulated financial services
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as VARA or MiCA
• Experience with fundraising processes, due diligence, or M&A
• Working knowledge of product development cycles
