Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Chairman to shape priorities and evaluate opportunities
• Translate high-level vision into clear plans, timelines, and actionable structures
• Lead AI-enabled initiatives from concept to live deployment, including designing and implementing AI workflows and automation systems
• Implement operational systems and tools to optimize workflow and eliminate inefficiencies
• Establish operating rhythms, dashboards, and reporting structures across various ventures
• Drive high-urgency execution timelines and hold cross-functional teams accountable
• Manage special initiatives related to business development, investment diligence, and strategic partnerships
• Act as an extension of the Chairman in meetings, communications, and negotiations
• Produce executive-level summaries, research, and presentations to support strategic choices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field
• 7 to 12 years of experience supporting a senior executive, founder, or chairman
• Demonstrated experience building or implementing real AI workflows and automation systems
• Proven record as a strategic generalist and project leader
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
• Advanced proficiency in productivity platforms and project management tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
