Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and operations for new business lines, starting with the Injury vertical
- Design and execute test-and-learn pipelines for client acquisition, including paid channels and partnerships
- Build and iterate web intake flows to qualify and onboard prospective clients
- Scope and sequence future verticals by building evaluation frameworks and stress-testing hypotheses
- Partner directly with the CEO and General Manager to drive high-priority strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Demonstrated decisive judgment in developing strategies and managing competing priorities
- Experience leading teams of high-performing individual contributors
- Proven track record of mapping complex systems and implementing data-driven solutions
- 0 to 1 experience in building or scaling new products or business lines
- Strong ability to shape team culture and advocate persuasively for ideas
- Demonstrated commitment to social impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketplace businesses or complex consumer services (insurance, fintech, medical, real estate)
- Experience in consumer-focused research or discovery work
