Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and operations for new business lines, starting with the Injury vertical
  • Design and execute test-and-learn pipelines for client acquisition, including paid channels and partnerships
  • Build and iterate web intake flows to qualify and onboard prospective clients
  • Scope and sequence future verticals by building evaluation frameworks and stress-testing hypotheses
  • Partner directly with the CEO and General Manager to drive high-priority strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Demonstrated decisive judgment in developing strategies and managing competing priorities
  • Experience leading teams of high-performing individual contributors
  • Proven track record of mapping complex systems and implementing data-driven solutions
  • 0 to 1 experience in building or scaling new products or business lines
  • Strong ability to shape team culture and advocate persuasively for ideas
  • Demonstrated commitment to social impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketplace businesses or complex consumer services (insurance, fintech, medical, real estate)
  • Experience in consumer-focused research or discovery work
