Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact strategic initiatives across product, operations, tech, and expansion.
• Convert strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure company-wide alignment.

• Lead research and operational planning for new city launches and international growth.
• Design and optimize systems, workflows, and processes for greater efficiency.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive clarity, accountability, and speed.
• Act as the CEO’s trusted advisor, preparing briefs and managing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Background in startups, consulting, investment banking, or real estate.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
