Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives and turn ambiguity into structured action plans
• Lead problem-solving sessions across commercial, investment, and market-facing challenges
• Take ownership of strategic special projects requiring rapid learning and analytical depth
• Support development of commercial strategy, market positioning, and proposition design
• Help shape and advance strategic partnerships across the climate, carbon, and finance ecosystems
• Support equity fundraising processes, investor engagement, and financing-related initiatives
• Build investor materials, strategic narratives, and executive-level presentations
• Develop financial models and business cases to support decision-making

Requirements

• Strong understanding of carbon markets, climate finance, or nature-based solutions
• Broad capabilities across strategy, commercial thinking, financial analysis, and operational execution
• Highly analytical and structured thinking with ability to break down ambiguous problems
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with investors, partners, and internal teams
• Experience in venture-backed startups, venture capital, or high-performance consulting
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with high ownership and evolving priorities
