Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Partner with the CEO to drive high-impact initiatives across operations, technology, expansion, and fundraising.
• Company Alignment: Translate strategic goals into actionable steps, ensuring teams are aligned and executing.
• Hiring & Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment, onboarding, and building world-class teams.
• Operational Leadership: Step into critical roles when needed, ensuring business continuity and execution.
• Expansion & Market Growth: Lead research and planning for new city launches and international expansion.
• Process Optimization: Design and refine workflows, systems, and best practices for speed and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate collaboration and clarity across departments.
• Founder Leverage: Act as a thought partner to the CEO, providing insights, preparing materials, and ensuring priorities stay on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Highly adaptable with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Previous experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, or real estate is a strong advantage
• Relentless drive to execute and willingness to take ownership beyond formal responsibilities
