Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product point of view that anticipates macro societal shifts in relationships and intimacy
• Build and execute a cohesive, multi-year product roadmap unifying brand, design, and technical initiatives
• Shift the organization from feature-led delivery to outcome-driven product development
• Establish consistent, first-hand connection to members through direct observation and research
• Set a world-class standard for usability, aesthetics, and interaction quality
• Lead effective prioritization, planning, and decision-making across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering
• Treat trust, safety, privacy, and respectful interaction as core product responsibilities
• Develop a framework for leveraging AI to accelerate discovery and design while maintaining privacy

Requirements

• Visionary leadership with the ability to map future trends in human intimacy
• Ability to engage deeply with technical constraints and delivery processes
• Experience driving experience-led growth and ethical monetization
• Proven track record of managing product, design, and data functions
