Chief Product & Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap aligned to company growth objectives
• Lead global engineering teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable software platforms
• Oversee internal IT strategy, cybersecurity, and data privacy across all geographies

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Engineering and Product management
• Proven track record leading end-to-end SaaS/platform organizations at global scale
• Experience managing distributed, multi-region teams and complex regulatory environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EOR, global payroll, or workforce management solutions
• Background in integrating acquisitions or scaling through high-growth phases
