Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall technical vision, platform architecture, and engineering roadmap
• Lead, recruit, and scale a world-class engineering organization
• Oversee the design, development, and reliability of backend systems, agents, talent matching models, and APIs
• Drive architectural choices across TypeScript/NestJS, Python/FastAPI, and AI/ML infrastructure
• Establish engineering best practices for security, observability, testing, and reliability
• Build the operational foundation for scale, including deployment patterns and developer tooling
• Own the company's compliance and certification roadmap for enterprise trust
• Represent technical strategy externally with customers, partners, and investors

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical leader and hands-on builder
• Ability to function as both an Individual Contributor and a Leader
• Deep expertise in backend systems and AI/ML infrastructure
• Experience scaling engineering teams and technical culture
• Strong product mindset with the ability to translate roadmap into reality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, NestJS, Python, and FastAPI
• Experience building AI-driven orchestration layers or autonomous agents
• Experience navigating enterprise security and privacy frameworks

Benefits

• Base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 with OTE up to $350,000
• 2 - 4% equity ownership
