Blackbird Health is clinician-founded, owned, and operated by dedicated professionals. We deliver virtual and in-person mental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey, using a whole-child approach to address the root causes of challenges in pediatric mental health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support treatment engagement
• Educate families on therapeutic approaches to foster long-term progress
• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care

Requirements

• LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Pennsylvania (sponsorship available if not yet licensed in PA)
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience
• Availability after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care
