Child and Adolescent Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26)
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress
• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Participate in clinical consultation to enhance skills and receive feedback
• Collaborate with other specialty providers
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate

Requirements

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state
• One year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Willingness to obtain licensure in Blackbird's operating states
• Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms
• Availability to work after 3pm ET during the week and/or on weekends

• Base salary of $45,000 for part-time (20 hours/week)
• Potential to earn up to $95,000+ annually
