Blackbird Health is clinician-founded, owned, and operated by dedicated professionals. We deliver virtual and in-person mental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey, using a whole-child approach to address the root causes of challenges in pediatric mental health.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26 using evidence-based practices
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and families to support engagement
• Monitor patient progress against care goals and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create coordinated, integrated treatment plans
• Participate in weekly clinical consultations to enhance clinical skills
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements

• Independent licensure as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Possession of own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
• Commitment to a minimum of 8 hours per week during core hours (after 4pm weekdays or weekends)
