Child and Adolescent Therapist

Blackbird Health is clinician-founded, owned, and operated by dedicated professionals. We deliver virtual and in-person mental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey, using a whole-child approach to address the root causes of challenges in pediatric mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26)
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment
• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients and families
• Participate in clinical consultation to enhance skills and receive feedback
• Collaborate with other specialty providers
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate

Requirements

• Independent licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania
• One year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms
• Availability to work core after-school hours (after 4pm ET) and/or weekends

• Base salary of $45,000 for part-time (20 hours/week) with additional earning potential
