Child and Adolescent Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and families
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality integrated care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage a remote caseload
• Participate in ongoing clinical support and professional development activities

Requirements

• Active independent license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (any state; licensure sponsorship available)
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and private workspace
• Availability for at least 17 direct care hours during core hours (weekdays after 3:00 PM ET, evenings, and weekends)
• Commitment to 30 hours per week total (25 direct care, 5 administrative)
