Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the publishing strategy for games in China across PC, mobile, and mini-game platforms
  • Build and execute go-to-market plans tailored to Chinese player discovery and engagement habits
  • Identify and strengthen relationships with key gaming platforms, influencers, and communities
  • Support the Business Development team in qualifying and selecting games for the Chinese market
  • Shape business models and positioning to maximize long-term growth and success
  • Manage the P&L for China Publishing to ensure measurable results and strategic alignment

Requirements

  • Proven experience publishing PC and/or mobile games in China with a track record of scaling titles
  • Deep knowledge of Chinese player engagement across PC, mobile, and H5 mini-game platforms
  • A strong existing network of developers, partners, influencers, and communities in China
  • Experience managing P&L and shaping business models to drive growth
  • Native or fluent Mandarin proficiency
  • Strong English proficiency for effective cross-border collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience publishing games in markets outside of China
  • Experience working within distributed teams across different locations, cultures, and time zones
