Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and iterative refinement of CI/CD principles
  • Provide guidance on the development and operation of CI/CD tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with product teams to create and sustain pipeline configurations
  • Implement process automation to minimize manual efforts
  • Maintain communication with product teams to ensure seamless software build and deployment
  • Champion AI-augmented ways of working to accelerate delivery and reduce cycle time

Requirements

  • Active US Secret or TS/SCI security clearance
  • 3 to 6 years in cloud/platform operations or a recent PhD in a technical field
  • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines with integrated security and compliance
  • Experience with GitHub Actions or equivalent software
  • Proficiency in script writing and version control tools (Git, Subversion, Mercurial)
  • Ability to manage infrastructure assets including networks, servers, and databases
  • Knowledge of software packaging tools such as Docker, .exe, .deb, or .rpm
  • Experience managing cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Full-stack experience covering frontend and backend development
  • Strong background in API Development
  • Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix command line troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AKS or Amazon EKS
  • Professional Certifications (CKA, RHCE, AWS Solutions Architect, Security+, etc.)
  • Background in DevOps automation practices
  • Direct experience in client interaction
