Cinematic Videographer - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit cinematic visuals that immerse viewers beyond storytelling.
• Master lighting to shape mood and story; obsess over perfection with both natural and artificial light.
• Use camera movements that guide emotion, not as gimmicks but as crafted choreography.
• Capture textures, expressions, and environments to maximize emotional impact.
• Transform raw footage through advanced color grading, sound design, and precise pacing.
• Operate with full autonomy in managing equipment, files, and workflow with reliability and precision.
• Collaborate with colleagues as needed, but maintain an independent and artistic approach.

Requirements

• Based in Dubai (or strong intent to relocate soon)
• Mastery of cinematic camera techniques (dolly, gimbal, handheld, etc.)
• Strong skills in lighting, color grading, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and relevant gear
• Fluent English (able to hold detailed professional conversations)
• Autonomy, reliability, and self-driven attitude
• Comfortable with constructive/critical feedback
• Strong desire to create impactful, timeless visuals

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English
• Passion for personal development, edtech, education, or creative industries
• Full-time or freelance experience in hybrid/remote teams with high standards
• Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, color grading, and creative editing
