Circuit Delivery Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in provisioning new orders for internet, voice, and SDWAN services
• Process carrier orders including new services, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects
• Order voice services, including phones and number porting
• Request and manage dispatches and third-party resources to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate regularly with project managers, customers, vendors, and sales teams
• Prioritize daily workload and drive escalations to achieve results
• Status large project installations and communicate order status accurately

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience within the telecommunications industry
• Experience with internet circuit ordering with carriers
• VoIP experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage escalations independently and document dependencies clearly
